He has a rich overall experience of handling FIT, large incentive groups, corporate conferences as well as small family groups. His passion for travel has helped to design beautiful bespoke itineraries for 21kraft clients, he along with Inbound Division is also heading Private Charter business in the organisation. He has been involved and served at various capacities in the growth of 21kraft, the secret of 21kraft’s success is a sincere and committed approach to client’s needs and working towards providing complete satisfaction to this effect.
Sachin Kumar– Manager – Inbound Indian Subcontinent An imaginative and passionate traveler from an early age. His extensive trips to popular destinations of India have helped him to gain extensive knowledge of the travel destinations as well as the logistics. After Graduation, he got training in Travel & tourism industry. Sachin started his promising career with 21Kraft as Executive – Inbound Sales in the year 2016. Presently, working as Manager, Sales in the Inbound Tours Department , he is responsible for converting the client’s Tour queries into bookings. Always looking for new tourism products to be offered to clients, he likes to design the Tour programs which could offer new destinations experiences and interesting features.
Harshit Arora- Manager, Inbound Indian Subcontinent After doing the Graduation he joined the Travel trade and now, it has been 10 Years since he is involved in travel business. He started his career as a Tour Executive with 21Kraft and climbed the ladder very successfully to reach the Designation of manager, Inbound Tours. Since he has been working with 21Kraft, he has cultivated a healthy working atmosphere in the company, has commitment towards his duties and strives for complete customer satisfaction. Harshit enjoys every moment of his job of heading Inbound Tours operations and Sales. He has a great product knowledge and always looking forward to do something innovative, he has very successfully escorted many high-end inbound groups tour to different parts of India. He has traveled to almost all-important tourist cities in India and attended various exhibitions abroad like WTM and SATTE, GITB in India.
